The Owner has full operational access for their assigned branch. The Manager can add and edit day-to-day operational data such as ingredients, recipes, sales, and overhead entries. The Viewer has read-only access to reports and dashboards, allowing them to monitor performance without making changes to the underlying data.

Once this is complete, ProfitPlate automatically calculates cost, margin, and profitability for every item on your menu — and continues updating those figures whenever ingredient prices or costs change.

These features are available on eligible subscription plans.
